  • Applies to all products unless marked "Final Sale" (e.g., personalized/custom items, underwear, hygiene products).

Refund Process

  1. Contact us within 7 days via email (beplatinus@gmail.com) or our Contact page with order number and reason.

  2. We'll issue a return authorization and prepaid label (for India orders).

  3. Ship back within 7 days of approval—customer pays return shipping unless defective.

  4. Refunds processed to original payment method within 5-7 business days of receipt/inspection.

  • Full refund for unused items (minus original shipping).

  • Store credit option for faster processing + 10% bonus.

Exchanges

  • Free exchanges for size/color within 7 days—same process as returns.

  • New item ships free if exchanging (India only).

Exceptions

  • Sale/Flash Deals: Final sale, no refunds/exchanges.

  • Non-returnable: Gift cards, digital downloads, opened perishables.

  • International: Customer covers return shipping; duties/taxes non-refundable.

Damaged/Defective

  • Report within 7 days of delivery with photos.

  • Full refund + free return label provided.
