At Platinus, we ship quickly and reliably across India to get your curated essentials to you hassle-free. Our standard rates and timelines ensure transparency—flat fees, trackable orders, and free shipping perks.

Shipping Rates (India Only)

• Free Shipping: Orders over ₹999 anywhere in India.

• Standard (₹0-₹999): ₹99 flat rate.

• Express (Major Cities): ₹199 (1-2 days to Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, etc.).

• Remote Areas: ₹149 standard + possible 1-2 day delay.

Rates calculated at checkout based on weight/location. COD available (+₹49 fee).

Order Processing

• Orders placed before 2 PM IST ship same/next day (Mon-Sat).

• Tracking emailed within 24 hours via India Post, DTDC, Delivery.

International Shipping

Currently India-only. Global expansion coming soon—email beplatinus@gmail.com to join waitlist.

Order Issues

• Wrong Address: Contact within 2 hours of confirmation for changes.

• Lost/Damaged: File claim within 7 days with photos/tracking.

• Non-Delivered: Full refund/reship after carrier investigation (7-14 days).

India domestic: GST included. No surprise fees.
