By accessing or using our Services, placing an order, or creating an account, you agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and Return & Refund Policy. 1. Use of Our Services

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • Estimated delivery times provided; delays not guaranteed.

  • Risk of loss transfers on delivery handover.

  • International shipping: Buyer responsible for customs/duties.

5. Intellectual Property

  • All site content (text, images, logos) is our property or licensed to us. No reproduction without permission.

  • "Global Goods" trademarks protected; unauthorized use prohibited.

6. User Content

  • Reviews/photos you submit become our property (non-exclusive license for marketing).

  • Max liability: Order value. No consequential damages.
